New to using Obagi and Tretinoin here. Got a severe red/burned area on left side of neck (large). After doing research online on Tretinoin I found that Tretinoin and water do NOT mix at all. Meaning, make sure that you wait 20-30 minutes after cleansing and toning, etc. […]
