Shipping Costs
U.S.A. SHIPPING IS FREE – No minimum purchase necessary.
We’ve made shipping very simple. Buy 3 items or more, and U.S. shipping is FREE.
Less than 3 items will cost you $4.75 within the U.S, including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is charged a flat fee of $44.95.
NOTE: Please check with your local customs prior to ordering. Your country may charge additional taxes/customs fees/import duties we have no control over and are not responsible for. A 30% service fee may be charged if you refuse to accept your items.
Our distribution center is based out of California, and we ship (at our discretion) via USPS, FEDEX or UPS Ground, and typically takes between 2-5 business days for you to receive your order after being processed for shipment.
In most cases, we process and ship your items out the same day we receive your order, but allow a 1-2 day processing time.
At no additional cost to you, we may also require a signature confirmation upon receipt of your order to ensure proper delivery. This typically may occur when the cost of your order has a high dollar value, and/or shipping to a PO Box, and suite addresses, or our system does not recognize your address.
NOTE: Anyone at the receiving end may sign for your package.
Shipping Question? – It is our policy to email you tracking information once your items have shipped so that you are able to track your shipment online. We can resend your tracking information and provide additional assistance by contacting us here.
Returns, Items Missing, Refunds – To receive replacement for damaged, missing items, and refunds, please contact us for instructions and return address. We will only accept refunds on items that have not been opened.
